Whether we meet in meet in person for a physical session with a Lomi Lomi, reflexology
craniosacral or rather 1:1 online for an energetic cleansing or conversation therapy and connecting communication; is the session aimed at bringing your balance back into alignment/avoid imbalance.

For example: Fear takes many forms. Fear of failing, of being hurt, of really taking up space. Fear of losing yourself or another, of surrendering to intimacy, of letting go of control. Fear of change, of life itself, or of its end. For the return of panic, for making choices, for the unknown and unpredictable. Fear in contact with others, or simply of no longer being able to bear what is. Who am I (really)? What are the different parts of my identity? You may want to get to know yourself better, or you may feel temporarily lost and not know exactly who you are.
Security, stability, confidence, calmness may be important needs for you.

For example: Difficulty with dependency, and the meaningful role it may have played in your life. Together we can explore what new meaning you would like to give to it, and how you can learn to set limits to it in a gentle way, from self-care and awareness. Or also, not experiencing feelings, being overwhelmed by emotions, or being confused about what exactly you are feeling - and whether it is allowed to be there. Constantly running into recurring patterns in relationships - not knowing quite what your place is within a given dynamic, having trouble saying ‘no’ or indicating your boundaries.
Autonomy, emotional expression, pleasure, affection may be important needs for you.

For example: Stories that have not yet been given enough space, time or care, but may be affecting how you function on a daily basis now. It is valuable to gain insight into your vulnerabilities and at the same time the strength you carry within them.
Appreciation, self-confidence, competence, integrity, influence may be important needs for you.
Physical symptoms may include: stomach problems, digestive complaints, burnout symptoms, exhaustion, bile/liver complaints.
Externalisation: depression, loss of control, anger, Burnout, Narcissistic traits (overcompensation), Anxiety disorder with fear of failure, Panic disorder, shame, powerlessness, perfectionism, ...
Support via: activation of your metabolism, inner fire and nutrition (herbs).

For example: Loss experiences can touch us deeply and shake up our inner world. Whatever type of loss it is, you don't have to bear it alone. If you are invited to do so from within, I want to still with you what this loss means in your life - and how it touches and changes your Self, your feelings and your path. Or sometimes grief lurks over your heart.
Love, acceptance, empathy, connection may be important needs for you.
Physical symptoms may include palpitations, chest tightness, lung problems/shortness, shoulder and arm pain, emotional hardening or dependency.

For example: Nights bring little rest - falling asleep, sleeping through or waking too early is a struggle. Concentration is difficult, and occasionally thoughts pop up that feel dark, heavy to bear. Difficulty hearing and/or following your own intuition.
Clarity, vision, direction, (self)confidence may be important needs for you.
Physical symptoms may include headaches, sleep problems, eye problems, lack of focus, absent-mindedness.
Externalisation: Confused thinking, self-doubt, lack of insight or vision - Dissociation, Psychosis (in overactivity), Compulsive thoughts, Identity disturbance, Suspicion/ delusions (in overexertion), ...

Unity Consciousness

Meaning. connection. emptiness.
For example: Like living in a haze, without clarity or direction. You feel little motivation to start anything, life seems to lose its colour a bit. A feeling of loneliness can be quietly present, even when there are people around you. Difficulty feeling connection in community, group, family, ... Questions to ask yourself in therapy: Where do I find meaning again in my life? How do I want to further unfold and grow as a human being? And how can I acknowledge feelings of meaninglessness and give them a place in my life story?
Meaningfulness, silence, (spiritual) connection, may be important needs for you.
