Practical information

Duration per session

Consultations typically last 50 - 60 minutes.

However, some sessions in relation to massage/reflexology and-or craniosacral therapy and yoga may take between 60 and 90 minutes.

Payment

The preferred means of payment by bank transfer, which I will ask you to make 48 hours in advance. In some cases you can also make the payment via “mobile payments” by bank application (via QR code): a mobile application on (your) Smartphone to be configured beforehand. If this is not possible, you can pay in cash, with the correct amount.

Reimbursement

Approved by the Commission des Psychologues, you are entitled to partial reimbursement for a certain number of consultations per calendar year. Please ask your health insurance company about the conditions for reimbursement.

For your information, you can often print out the reimbursement document from your mutual insurance company's website, bring it to our appointment and have me fill it in.

Cancellation policy

Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled (in writing) free of charge and without justification up to 48 working hours in advance (on workdays), but ideally as soon as possible.

Please note that if this deadline is not respected, the missed session will be billed at the next session, whatever the reason. Thank you for your understanding.

Meeting arrangements

Appointments are held online, conform the norms of privacy policy.

Consultations by telephone/distance are also possible and in presence for the alternative healing modalities requiring touch (Massage, reflexology, craniosacral)

Appointment frequency

At the start of therapy, I recommend weekly sessions. This helps to create a working space. Of course, we'll decide together.

Creative Therapy & other
For a more complete overview, it is best to look here. Although I sometimes leave out workshops along the way.

Wonderment arises time and again when encountering people's unique stories and inner worlds. No matter how vague, strange or complex a story may be, it is received with openness and curiosity. When appropriate, there may be room for a mirror - loving and honest - to offer clarity.

In contact, there is space not only for words but also for what wants to be spoken through the body, image or imagination. Creative work forms such as drawing, painting or writing can be an entrance to that for which no language yet exists, but are certainly not a prerequisite for the therapy or its efficacy.

Counselling is rooted in a holistic vision and integrative approach: body, mind and spirit together form one whole. Physical sensations, nutrition (in the broadest sense of the word), emotions and existential themes such as loss, life questions and/or (death) fear can all be part of the process - provided it fits your needs and pace.

Professional and personal growth receive constant attention. In cooperation with colleagues, participation in workshops, study days and training courses, one's own compass is sharpened, for myself as well.

Regular supervision by a recognized supervisor therefore contributes to diligence, self-reflection and the quality of the work.
