Cancellation Policy

Free 30-Minute Intro to Deep Dive Intuition Call – Terms & Cancellation Ainú Holistic Therapy – ainuinfo@gmx.com Nature of the Call This 30-minute session is a free introductory consultation for the Deep Dive 1:1 Therapeutic Program. It provides insight into the program and an opportunity for the participant to ask questions. This session does not constitute therapy or a program commitment. Notice of Cancellation All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email to ainuinfo@gmx.com at least 48 hours before the scheduled call (Sunday and Monday excl.). • If notice is received less than 48 hours before the call or the participant misses the session, the session is considered delivered. Rescheduling • Rescheduling is allowed once per participant with at least 48 hours’ notice (Sunday and Monday excl.). • Additional rescheduling requests may be declined at the discretion of Ainú Holistic Therapy. Code of Conduct Ainú Holistic Therapy reserves the right to cancel or terminate the session if the participant engages in harassment, disruptive, unethical, or inappropriate behavior. Statutory Withdrawal As this is a free session, statutory withdrawal rights are not applicable. By booking, participants acknowledge that the call may begin immediately upon scheduling and that no refunds or compensation are involved.
