Booking to be done via mail or online : ainuinfo@gmx.com | Payment to be done 48h in advance, as well as annulations/changes (Sunday and Monday excl.), otherwise your session will be charged. International payments can be done via paypal: ainuinfo@gmx.com or via Wise.com/pay/business/ainuholistictherapy. Please send me a proof of payment too via mail 48h beforehand as well (Sunday and Monday/Holidays excl.), thank you. If you haven't done so, I won't be able to confirm the meeting and it will be annulled.

Cancellation Policy
Monthly Online Yoga Subscription – Terms & Cancellation Ainú Holistic Therapy – ainuinfo@gmx.com The Monthly Online Yoga offering is a recurring subscription, billed in advance monthly. Notice of Cancellation Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email at least 48 hours before the next billing date (Sunday and Monday excl.). If received later, the next monthly fee will be charged and access remains until the end of that billing period. Once a billing cycle has started, no refunds are issued for partial months, unused access, or missed classes. Early and Late Booking Limits • Sessions may be scheduled no more than 1 month in advance. • Enrollment and session booking must be completed at least 48 hours before the scheduled class (Sunday and Monday excl.). Requests after this may be declined. Rescheduling • Rescheduling is not allowed. Missed sessions are considered delivered and are not refundable. Code of Conduct Ainú Holistic Therapy reserves the right to suspend or terminate subscription access without refund in cases of harassment, disruptive, unethical, or inappropriate behavior. Statutory Withdrawal By enrolling, participants acknowledge that the service may begin before the end of the statutory withdrawal period and that the right of withdrawal may be limited once the program has started.
