Cancellation Policy

Combined Sessions – Cancellation, Rescheduling & Conduct Policy Ainú Holistic Therapy – ainuinfo@gmx.com Scope of Sessions This policy applies to all services, whether booked individually or in combination: Online: Intake, psychotherapy, energetic healing In person: Lomi Lomi, foot reflexology, craniosacral therapy Distance: Herbalistic assessment via mail, energetic healing Nature of the Service All sessions are holistic and therapeutic in nature and are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or other professional healthcare services. Cancellation Policy Sessions may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. (Sunday and Monday excl.) Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to ainuinfo@gmx.com. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session, or failure to cancel in writing, will result in the full session fee being charged. If no written cancellation is received, the session will be automatically cancelled, considered delivered, and charged in full. Exceptions Exceptions may be considered only in cases of: - Acute illness - Death of an immediate family member - Other unforeseen circumstances Clients must notify Ainú Holistic Therapy as soon as possible and may be required to provide a doctor’s note or appropriate documentation. Approval is at the sole discretion of Ainú Holistic Therapy. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling must be requested in writing at least 48 hours before the session (Sunday and Monday excl.). Each session may be rescheduled once only, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Requests made less than 48 hours in advance may be declined or considered delivered without refund. Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability. Code of Conduct Clients are expected to communicate respectfully and behave ethically. Ainú Holistic Therapy reserves the right to terminate or refuse sessions in cases of harassment, abusive language, disruptive, unethical, or unsafe behavior. No refunds or rescheduling will be granted in such cases. Additional Provisions Late arrival may result in a shortened session without fee reduction. Ainú Holistic Therapy may cancel or reschedule sessions due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances; clients will be offered a reschedule or refund. By booking, clients confirm they have read and agreed to this policy.
